Sous Chef

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Sous Chef to join its Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading daily kitchen operations and contributing to guest experiences through culinary service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead culinary team operations, providing hands-on leadership and coaching to kitchen staff, with a focus on either Outlets or Banquets.
• Oversee production and service, managing daily kitchen operations, creating and monitoring production lists, completing line checks, and expediting service periods.
• Enhance menu offerings by developing and implementing seasonal menus, promotional features, and daily specials.
• Promote cross-department collaboration by fostering positive relationships between Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide administrative support, assisting with inventory management, ordering, and scheduling.
• Uphold regulatory standards, maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a culinary leadership role.
