Spa Therapist

About the Role

EDITION is seeking a Spa Therapist to support essential Spa functions and deliver unique experiences for guests. This full-time role involves providing a range of spa services, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive spa environment. The Spa Therapist plays a key part in the overall guest experience through professional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule and confirm reservations and appointments efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and answers regarding spa services.
• Check in guests and process payments, ensuring a seamless experience.

Operational Duties

• Maintain a safe workplace environment for all.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold established quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
• Manage reservation software, including reading and visually verifying information.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance; reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Execute other reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent is required.
• Experience: No related work experience is required for this position.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: No specific license or certification is required.
