Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to create moments of relaxation and well-being for guests. The Therapist achieves this by delivering personalized experiences, ensuring every guest feels refreshed, cared for, and valued during their stay at Hilton.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly attitude, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues efficiently.
• Monitor pool activity to prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and promote safe swimming practices.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies in line with the emergency action plan, providing rescue or first aid when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the pool area to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, upholding the highest standards for guest and team member well-being.
