The resort features 150 keys, five Food & Beverage venues, and a spa. SLS The Red Sea focuses on design, service, and social energy, aiming to provide a blend of indulgence and entertainment for guests.

The Role of Spa Therapist

As a Spa Therapist at SLS The Red Sea, you will be responsible for delivering personalized wellness experiences. This full-time role involves providing professional treatments and ensuring guest comfort and care throughout their spa journey. You will work within the Spa team to offer a range of services designed to restore and recharge guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various massage, facial, and body treatments in accordance with professional certifications and spa protocols.
• Welcome guests and guide them through their treatment experience.
• Understand individual guest needs and personalize treatments as appropriate.
• Recommend suitable spa treatments, wellness experiences, and home-care products.
• Build positive guest relationships and encourage repeat visits through service.
• Support spa service and retail sales targets through appropriate guest recommendations.
• Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment, ensuring all products, equipment, and linens are arranged.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and safety across treatment areas.
• Ensure treatment rooms provide the appropriate ambiance, including lighting, temperature, scent, and music.
• Monitor treatment supplies and communicate replenishment needs to the Spa Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Spa Reception, attendants, and fellow therapists to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Support opening, closing, and general spa operational duties as required.
• Communicate guest feedback, special requests, or operational concerns to the Spa Supervisor.
• Maintain all required professional licenses and certifications in line with local requirements.
• Participate in training to continuously develop treatment techniques, service skills, and product knowledge.
• Follow SLS grooming, service, health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant role.
• Professional certifications in massage, facial, and body treatments are necessary.
• Ability to understand individual guest needs and personalize treatments.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Strong communication skills for guest interaction and team coordination.

Work Environment and Team

This role operates within the spa sanctuary at SLS The Red Sea. The Spa Therapist will work closely with the Spa team, including the Spa Supervisor, Spa Reception, and other therapists, to ensure a coordinated and seamless guest experience. The position is full-time and is based in Tabuk, covering the areas of Umluj and Tabuk.
