Role Summary

The Specialist Physician performs diagnostic and treatment activities for patients within Fakeeh Care facilities. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves providing patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as outlined in granted privileges and in adherence to Fakeeh Care standards and protocols.
• Document all provided care according to Fakeeh Care documentation policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventative measures.
• Perform or assist in medical/surgical procedures as delineated in granted privileges.
• Provide requested medical reports to patients in a timely manner and in the specified Fakeeh Care format.
• Attend departmental meetings and scientific activities, contributing to the teaching and training of junior staff.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Fakeeh Care policies and procedures and actively participate in their execution.

Continuous Improvement and Compliance

• Perform all duties in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the scope of the role.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proactively address any job-related safety concerns.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
• Comply with cybersecurity policies and standards, participating in awareness training to prevent cyber threats.
• Uphold Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies, and ethical standards.
• Complete mandatory education requirements at least one month prior to expiration.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant medical field.
• Ability to provide patient care as delineated in granted privileges.
• Strong communication skills for patient education and collaboration with attending physicians.
