Role Overview

The SR. MERCHANDISER position is a full-time role within the sales team at PepsiCo. This role is primarily responsible for maximizing the on-shelf presence of PepsiCo products in all assigned outlets. The merchandiser will also conduct in-store sampling sessions and promotions as needed, ensuring adherence to planograms for both on-shelf and off-shelf displays. This position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize on-shelf presence in all assigned outlets.
• Conduct in-store sampling sessions and promotions when required.
• Ensure adherence to planograms for both on-shelf and off-shelf displays.
• Report any non-compliance with agreed arrangements to the pre-seller immediately.
• Supply the pre-seller with the latest market information to identify selling opportunities.

Daily Duties

• Call on specific OT outlets according to the daily journey plan provided by the supervisor.
• Merchandise SSFL products within OT stores across various access points, including shelves, stands, and floor displays.
• Place POS material next to SSFL displays where applicable.
• Ensure all access points are merchandised as per approved planograms.
• Rotate product using the FIFO method and remove sub-standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned OT customers or outlets.
• Report daily activities of the prior day to the supervisor.
• Participate in sampling and redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with the Frito Lay code of conduct.

Required Experience

Candidates for the SR. MERCHANDISER role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience.
