About the Role

Sheraton is seeking a Supervisor-Human Resources (Saudi Only) to join their team. This full-time position involves supporting management and the leadership team in handling and resolving Human Resources issues, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, including resolution and follow-up.
  • Support management and the leadership team in addressing Human Resources concerns.
  • Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes to ensure compliance with local, state, federal laws, and company policies.
  • Inform Human Resources management of employee relations issues.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and management regarding company and HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Disseminate information to employees concerning employer-employee relations, activities, and personnel policies.
  • Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, such as interview documents and I-9s.
  • Assist with the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
  • Answer phone calls and record messages.
  • Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Adhere to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly, answering telephones with appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Utilize computers and/or point of sale systems for work-related information.
  • Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Undertake other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Ability to monitor and track employee relations issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards related to HR and recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills to respond to inquiries and disseminate information.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate employee records and files.
  • Capability to assist in administrative and logistical tasks.
  • Understanding of company and safety procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for work-related information.
