About the Opportunity

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Supervisor Human Resources to join our team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role is central to supporting effective human resources operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on employee relations issues, including their resolution and ongoing monitoring.
• Provide support and guidance to management and supervisors in addressing and resolving human resources matters.
• Oversee all hiring and recruitment processes to ensure strict compliance with local, regional, and national legislation, as well as established company policies and standards.
• Keep human resources management informed of significant employee relations issues.
• Respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and HR department programs, policies, and guidelines.
• Inform employees about employer/employee relations, planned employee activities, and personnel programs and policies.
• Maintain and ensure all personnel records and files, such as interview documents, are accurate and up-to-date.
• Participate in the planning, management, and logistical organization of annual employee surveys.
• Assist management with various HR functions including hiring, training, performance planning, evaluation, disciplinary advisories, motivation, and overall employee support.
• Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures, reporting any accidents, injuries, or hazardous working conditions to the manager.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all hotel-specific information.
• Welcome and receive guests in accordance with established chain standards.
• Utilize clear and courteous language in all communications, including appropriate phone etiquette.
• Foster positive and constructive professional relationships with colleagues, collaborating to achieve common goals and addressing peer concerns appropriately.
• Perform data entry and retrieval using computer systems and/or point-of-sale systems.
• Independently move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place loads weighing up to 23 kilograms.
• Execute any other tasks assigned by managers that align with the position's scope.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a supervisory capacity within the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated understanding of local, regional, and national labor legislation and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in managing employee relations and HR administrative tasks.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This is a full-time position based in the Red Sea region. The role requires adherence to all company safety and security policies. Candidates must be capable of performing physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing loads weighing up to 23 kilograms independently, as required by operational needs.
