Tender Specialist

About the Role

Schneider Electric is seeking a Tender Specialist to manage the complete tendering lifecycle. This full-time role, based in Saudi Arabia, focuses on driving business growth through the development of winning proposals. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tendering processes for both Capex and Opex opportunities, ranging from straightforward to highly complex bids.
• Analyze requests for quotation and develop accurate cost estimates using established methodologies and tools.
• Define winning strategies by interpreting customer requirements and assessing commercial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare compliant and compelling offer documentation that aligns with company policies and maximizes tender success.
