Key Responsibilities

• Support various tendering activities.
• Complete tendering documents and cost calculations accurately and on time, in accordance with bidding document requirements.
• Prepare Estimate Analysis Sheets (EAS) and offers to align with price/market price data, collaborating with the Sales team when possible.
• Initiate workflows necessary for the booking process.
• Ensure compliance with all Quality Procedures, work instructions, and established processes.
• Organize and facilitate communication and collaboration with various internal and external units, including supplying units, PLs’ regional organizations such as GIS, PTR, AIS, M&D, and other GE units like Power, Hydro, and Renewable.
