About the Role

St. Regis is seeking a Waiter - Saudi National to join their team. This full-time role focuses on providing a memorable and unique dining experience for guests, extending beyond basic food service. The Waiter will be responsible for delivering a wide range of services to ensure guest satisfaction during their meal.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.
• Contributing to the creation of a safe workplace environment.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
• Performing physical tasks including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Managing the menu, which includes reading and visually verifying information.
• Engaging in hands-on work, such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this position.
• License or Certification: None specified.
