About the Role

Alwedad Charity is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Marketing and Support Relations Officer. This full-time position is based in Abha, within the 'Asir region. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in developing strategic plans for financial resource development and fostering partnerships.

Role Overview and Strategic Planning

The primary focus of this role is to build and execute strategic plans for financial resource development within the sector. This involves contributing to the overall executive development plan, acquiring necessary tools and equipment for plan implementation, and developing targeted plans and programs to achieve financial objectives. A comprehensive assessment of the executive development plan will also be a key responsibility.

Partnership Development and Management

A significant aspect of this position involves achieving financial partnerships with various stakeholders. This includes:

  • Developing executive plans for targeted partnerships aligned with sector needs.
  • Engaging involved parties in strategic and executive development initiatives.
  • Coordinating and communicating effectively with involved parties and their stakeholders.
  • Implementing partnerships according to established models.
  • Activating partnerships through proper and effective performance.

Stakeholder and Donor Relations

This role is crucial for securing financial resources through effective communication with stakeholders and donors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing executive plans tailored for stakeholders and donors.
  • Ensuring stakeholders and donors understand their responsibility towards the community.
  • Coordinating and communicating with stakeholders, donors, and their respective stakeholders.
  • Enhancing relationships through continuous and proactive communication.
  • Submitting reports after receiving support and documenting stakeholder and donor satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates are expected to possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. The ability to develop strategic plans, manage partnerships, and communicate effectively with diverse groups is essential for success in this role.
