Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers locally and internationally to obtain the best value in terms of quality, cost, and delivery time.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate procurement activities to meet project timelines and operational requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any related issues.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure they align with internal policies.
- Support in tracking and optimizing procurement costs and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify specifications and ensure proper materials and services are procured.
- Participate in risk management and propose solutions to mitigate supply disruptions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an event management or service-oriented environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong personality with confidence in handling supplier negotiations.
- Proficiency in procurement or ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
