Join Heights Company as a Purchasing Representative!
Heights Company, established in 1999, is a leading event management firm in Saudi Arabia, known for its creative production and execution of events. We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Representative to enhance our procurement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate suppliers locally and internationally to obtain the best value in terms of quality, cost, and delivery time.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers, maintaining strong professional relationships.
Coordinate procurement activities to meet project timelines and operational requirements.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any related issues.
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure they align with internal policies.
Support in tracking and optimizing procurement costs and budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams to clarify specifications and ensure proper materials and services are procured.
Participate in risk management and propose solutions to mitigate supply disruptions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an event management or service-oriented environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A strong personality with confidence in handling supplier negotiations.
Proficiency in procurement or ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
