Aldawaa Medical Services Co. is seeking a dedicated Accountant to join its team in Al Jubail. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the company's financial integrity and supporting operational decision-making through accurate financial reporting.

The Role of Accountant

The Accountant is responsible for maintaining the company's accounting records and providing specific, accurate financial data. This role involves utilizing an effective system for preparing and reporting financial information, as well as submitting, analyzing, and interpreting operational results for management review and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record accounting entries for exchange and transfer operations.
• Conduct monthly settlements and reconciliations of bank accounts.
• Adhere to the institution's administrative rules and regulations, ensuring work confidentiality.
• Oversee and control the company's accounting, financial, and reporting activities.
• Analyze reconciliations and balance sheet accounts within specified timeframes.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including all required clarifications and analyses for management.
• Generate treasury reports and forms, ensuring compliance with collection policies and procedures.
• Monitor all accounting movements, bank transactions, and balances.
• Follow up on outstanding debts, collections, and supplier contracts.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary account information and system details.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial and Banking Sciences.
• 0-2 years of experience in a relevant accounting role.
