About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Senior Associate Hospital Delegate Services (Mega AC) to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring the delivery of high-quality services within our hospital network and maintaining strong, compliant relationships with healthcare providers. The Senior Associate will serve as a primary point of contact, upholding service standards and enhancing the overall experience for Bupa Arabia members.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Associate will manage a range of responsibilities focused on operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction. These include:

• Ensuring that hospitals consistently comply with and deliver the service standards agreed upon with Bupa Arabia.
• Verifying that hospitals effectively utilize Bupa Arabia's technical services, including swipe card and fingerprint machines, as well as the company website.
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with insurance directors at provider hospitals.
• Resolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively, minimizing the need for escalation to team leaders.
• Contributing to a positive team environment and working collaboratively to achieve departmental goals.

Provider Relationship Management

This position requires proactive engagement with healthcare providers to ensure compliance and strengthen strategic partnerships. Key tasks involve:

• Conducting regular visits to front-line staff at points of service to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Coordinating with provider relations to implement effective recognition mechanisms for providers.
• Working to enhance the positive image of providers among customers, thereby strengthening the overall partnership framework.

Customer Service and Complaints Resolution

A critical component of this role is the delivery of high-level customer service and proficient management of member complaints. Responsibilities include:

• Following established customer service procedures to comply with departmental standards.
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Bupa Arabia's network of hospitals, products, and services to provide accurate information and confidently address general queries.
• Taking all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints to their full satisfaction.
• Ensuring the proper follow-up of recovery plans for complaints.
• Accurately entering complaints into the complaints system tracer to facilitate preventive actions.

Team Collaboration and Professional Conduct

The Senior Associate is expected to contribute positively to the team environment and uphold professional standards in all interactions. This involves:
