About The Arab Lens and the Role

The Arab Lens, a well-established organization with extensive warehousing and distribution operations, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern region, and involves overseeing daily warehouse activities to support customers across multiple locations.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This includes ensuring the efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining high inventory accuracy, and upholding health and safety standards. The role requires a hands-on leader capable of motivating warehouse teams and ensuring operational discipline and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
Allocate tasks to warehouse personnel and monitor team productivity to meet operational targets.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and comprehensive stock verification procedures.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to guarantee timely processing and flow.
Enforce strict warehouse safety procedures and maintain high housekeeping standards.
Investigate any inventory discrepancies and implement effective corrective actions.
Coordinate closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Operations departments to ensure smooth material flow.
Train and coach warehouse personnel on all operational procedures and best practices.
Monitor warehouse equipment condition and report any maintenance requirements promptly.
Prepare detailed operational reports covering inventory levels, productivity metrics, and overall warehouse performance.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and established quality standards.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar operational leadership role within a distribution environment.
