About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Engineering to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time position holds bottom-line responsibility for the financial and technical success of projects, operating with general autonomy. The role encompasses all phases of project planning and execution for very large projects, typically with a total installed cost of less than $500 million.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control domestic and international projects in accordance with established company policies, procedures, systems, and approved requirements.
• Maintain day-to-day contact and communication with clients, focusing on ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage and oversee contract performance for two or more smaller projects, as an alternative assignment.
• Supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders.
• Serve as the proposal manager for major domestic and international project proposals.

Qualifications and Experience

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 15 years of related experience is necessary, with an average experience of 20+ years.
• Several years of experience at the Project Manager level are essential.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the respective industry is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing projects both domestically and internationally.
