About the Role of Technical Recruiter

Taj HR is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and engineering roles, working closely with hiring managers to support staffing strategies and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.

Role Overview

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing qualified candidates. This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet staffing needs and maintain an efficient recruitment pipeline for specialized technical and engineering positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle technical recruitment process.
• Source, screen, and interview technical and engineering candidates.
• Coordinate effectively with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and placement processes for new hires.
• Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies for engineering and technical roles.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in technical recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern Region. The role involves working within a professional HR environment, collaborating with various departments to achieve recruitment objectives.
