The Role of Business Development Specialist

Argo Marketing Agency is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive new business, convert leads into sales, and manage client relationships. This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Convert company-provided leads into sales opportunities.
Identify and approach new potential clients.
Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Manage client relationships and conduct regular follow-ups.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Fluency in both Arabic (first language) and English, spoken and written.
Understanding of IT and digital marketing services.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Professional, organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
Comfortable interacting with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated market research skills to assess industry trends, competitors, and target segments.
Customer service skills to maintain positive relationships and support client needs.
Relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within an agency or B2B environment.
Saudi market experience is preferred.
A driving license is considered an advantage.
