The Role: Sales Manager

Mövenpick Alkhobar is seeking a Sales Manager to join its team in the Eastern Region, covering Al Khobar and Dammam. This is a full-time position critical for driving revenue growth and market share. The Sales Manager will proactively generate transient, corporate, and group business within assigned territories and market segments, strategically positioning Mövenpick Alkhobar as a premier luxury destination in the region. As a brand ambassador, this role represents Mövenpick's distinctive blend of culture, lifestyle, wellness, and hospitality to a high-value clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sales action plans for assigned territories, market segments, and accounts.
• Proactively solicit and generate new business opportunities across transient, leisure, corporate, entertainment, and group segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, preferred agencies, corporate travel buyers, family offices, concierge networks, and lifestyle partners.
• Represent Mövenpick Alkhobar at international trade shows, roadshows, sales missions, networking events, and client activations.
• Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and site inspections to secure new business and strengthen partnerships.
• Achieve or exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to understand market demand, pricing strategy, and pace reports, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Work with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation initiatives to drive awareness and conversion.
• Maintain accurate account plans, activity reports, pipelines, and opportunities in Delphi / Salesforce CRM systems.
• Negotiate corporate and consortia agreements in line with the hotel's commercial strategy.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and changing travel patterns within assigned territories.
• Coordinate with Reservations and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client bookings, VIP arrivals, and group requirements.
• Support commercial initiatives including database development, account mapping, collateral distribution, and launch campaigns.
• Foster strong working relationships with Accor Global Sales Offices and relevant Ennismore commercial teams to maximize account production.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of hotel or resort sales experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive role.
• Demonstrated experience within the Al Khobar/Dammam market is essential.
• Previous experience within luxury hospitality, lifestyle brands, or destination resorts is preferred.

Key Skills and Attributes

• Possession of a strong network within the luxury travel trade, leisure agencies, GCC corporate market, or international source markets.
