About the Role

Al-Qadsiah Saudi Club is seeking an Individual Development Coach (Attackers) to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position focuses on enhancing the technical abilities and individual behaviors of Academy players across various age groups, contributing to both player progression and overall team performance in alignment with the club's game model.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Individual Development to implement the Academy’s Individual Development Model.
• Support the planning and delivery of monthly training programs with defined development objectives for different age groups.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of individual development practices within the Academy.
• Deliver high-quality individual and small group coaching sessions focused on technical development and player behavior.
• Design and conduct position-specific and unit-based training sessions that align with the Al-Qadsiah Game Model.
• Support players from U13 to U21 in their individual development pathways.
• Provide specific feedback during team training sessions to aid individual player advancement.
• Lead the design and delivery of video analysis sessions for individual and small group development.
• Maintain and develop a library of training sessions and best practice content using club platforms such as IterPro, Hudl, and SportsCode.
• Collaborate with the Performance Analysis department to enhance player development resources.
• Contribute to the creation of Individual Development Plans and player performance reviews.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary staff across the Academy to support holistic player development.
• Engage with coaching staff to ensure alignment between individual player objectives and team goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of an AFC A License or UEFA equivalent.
• Proven experience coaching elite academy players.
• A strong understanding of individual player development across various age groups.
• The ability to deliver structured and targeted individual coaching sessions.
• Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage players effectively.
• A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working within a new cultural and professional environment.
• Fluency in English.

Desirable Attributes

• An AFC Pro License or UEFA equivalent.
• A FIFA Guardian safeguarding qualification.
• Experience utilizing performance and analysis platforms such as IterPro, Hudl, and SportsCode.
• Multilingual capability, including Arabic or Spanish.
• Previous experience as a professional footballer.
• Experience working in the Middle East.
• Strong leadership and teamwork experience.
