Alturki Holding is seeking a Musanadah Assistant Finance Manager to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is specifically for a Saudi National finance professional with substantial experience in managing financial operations and contributing to strategic financial decision-making.

Role Overview

The Assistant Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and providing critical insights to support business performance. This role involves leading financial reporting, planning, and compliance activities within the organization, aligning with both local regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full set of accounts, ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, including variance analysis.
• Develop and manage cash flow forecasts and optimize working capital.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, local regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
• Manage group consolidation and reporting requirements.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors and key stakeholders.
• Provide financial insights to support business decision-making and performance management.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
