Alturki Holding is a prominent organization seeking a Musanadah Bid Writer to join its Facilities Management business. This full-time position is located in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and is integral to the company's strategic growth initiatives.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Bid Writer will play a crucial role in supporting the development of high-quality, compelling, and client-focused bid submissions within our Facilities Management business. This position is responsible for producing persuasive proposal content, coordinating effectively with subject matter experts, and ensuring all submissions are compliant, accurate, and precisely aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and proofread content for prequalification questionnaires (PQQs), tenders, proposals, and presentations.
• Translate technical and operational information into clear, compelling, and customer-focused responses.
• Ensure all bid submissions are compliant with client requirements, tender instructions, and company standards.
• Maintain a library of bid content, case studies, CVs, and supporting documentation.
• Review tender documents to identify response requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, formatting, branding, and overall presentation of bid documents.
• Support the continuous improvement of bid templates, content, and writing methodologies.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a dedicated bid writing or proposal development capacity. Prior experience within the facilities management sector or a related service industry is preferred, demonstrating a proven ability to craft clear and persuasive technical responses.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based at our offices in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
