About the Sales Manager Role

Progressive GE is seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, KSA. This role is with an international, specialist boutique oilfield services company that provides advanced wireline technologies to oil and gas upstream operator companies. The primary objective of this position is to drive sales of wireline services and programs.

Core Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to secure new business and expand existing relationships within the oil and gas sector. A critical aspect of this role involves a proven track record of selling wireline services and programs specifically to Aramco.

Required Experience and Skills

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience within the oilfield services sector.
  • Demonstrated career progression from a technical field engineer role into corporate ranks, including experience in technical sales, account management, business development, and sales management.
  • A proven track record of successfully selling wireline services to Aramco is mandatory.
  • Strong technical engineering background in wireline, specifically cased hole services.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must hold a degree in a relevant engineering-related field. Examples include Petroleum Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

Work Location and Travel

This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, KSA. The role requires frequent travel throughout the Middle East to engage with clients and support business development initiatives.

Compensation Package

  • Monthly salary ranging from USD 10,000 to USD 11,000.
