About the Role

Assystem Radicon is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves overseeing financial operations and contributing to the company's mission of accelerating the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial performance of projects, including revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
• Monitor project results against budget and forecast, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure the accuracy of project financials, including accruals, provisions, and cost recognition.
• Support project managers in understanding financial performance and improving project outcomes.
• Lead and manage complex cost allocation and intercompany recharge processes, developing and maintaining transparent methodologies.
• Deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, including clear variance analysis and commentary.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and reporting for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Lead project forecasting, including cost-to-complete and margin projections, and analyze performance trends to identify risks or opportunities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across projects and departments, validating assumptions and performing scenario analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls across project accounting and cost allocation processes, ensuring compliance with policies and financial governance standards.
• Act as a finance partner to project managers and business leaders, providing clear financial guidance to support decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in financial control, project finance, or management accounting.
• Strong experience in project-based environments, such as engineering, consulting, or construction.
• Proven expertise in project financial control, cost allocation and recharge methodologies, financial planning and analysis, and complex management reporting.
