About the Opportunity

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join its team in Al Khobar. This full-time role is integral to maintaining the hotel's competitive edge and driving business growth within the local market.

Role Purpose and Strategic Focus

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for analyzing local market trends and competitor activities to recommend and implement strategies that secure future and repeat business. The objective is to position the hotel as a leader in the marketplace by increasing market and customer share across all revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.
• Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster.
• Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients.
• Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media.
• Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.
• Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities for growth.
• Attend Sales events as required to represent the hotel and generate leads.

Sales Leadership and Team Management

• Recruit, manage, train, and develop the Sales team.
• Manage staff performance in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Collaboration and Reporting

• Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
• Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management, including reporting appointments, calls made, and business leads.
• Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.
