Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in managing our on-site operations, ensuring customers receive comprehensive support and solutions, and fulfilling service obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Provide operational support for IT and Radio systems.
• Maintain performance levels through effective management processes.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to discuss service performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.

Basic Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or Sciences, or at least 4 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic are essential for this role.

Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel over 50% is necessary.
