As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate our brand and engage consumers effectively. Your role includes defining our brand's essence and ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing briefs and managing third-party agencies.
- Conducting market research for competitive landscape analysis.
- Building relationships with vendors, agencies, real estate developers, and other stakeholders.
- Developing a brand strategy that fosters Bayut's brand equity.
- Designing and implementing marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility.
- Planning and executing company events.
- Tracking and reporting marketing performance to management.
Requirements:
- BS(Hons) degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Real Estate is preferable.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and flexible approach.
