Join Our Team as a Salesperson in Dammam!
Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a rewarding sales career? NICE ONE is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our retail team in Dammam. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive in-store sales and deliver exceptional customer service as you support daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers proactively to identify needs and present products.
• Meet individual and store sales targets by increasing conversion and transaction values.
• Provide outstanding customer service, handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to support effective selling.
• Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Support merchandising standards and assist with inventory activities.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues to enhance team environment.
• Adhere to company policies, loss prevention, and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Customer-focused attitude committed to a positive shopping experience.
• Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
