We are a leading company specializing in secondary power distribution solutions, seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure efficient operation of our machinery and equipment in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and repair components to minimize downtime and promote a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on plant equipment to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Equipment Operation: Ensure proper machinery operation by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, including LIMS guidelines.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics.
  • Minimum Experience: 5-7 years in maintenance, preferably in the sheet metal manufacturing industry.
  • Good exposure to industrial maintenance in the Gulf region.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Performance Indicators:
  • Achieve a machine uptime KPI of 98% and above.
  • Maintain zero accidents at the workplace.
  • Meet all departmental KPIs.
