Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign daily work and responsibilities to operators based on production requirements.
  • Supervise and support hourly employees to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
  • Lead daily team huddles to review performance and production priorities.
  • Verify readiness for production at the start of each shift.
  • Identify and escalate issues related to safety, quality, and operational performance.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Apply Lean manufacturing principles to improve processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma or technical college degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
  • Experience with production tracking systems.

Join Our Team as a Senior Supervisor - Soft Services!

We at Urban Ridge Supplies are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Supervisor to lead our Soft Services team in Dammam, KSA. In this role, you will oversee and manage all soft facility management operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily soft service operations including housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, and pest control.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of supervisors, cleaners, and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and service improvements.
  • Manage manpower planning, attendance, and shift allocations.
  • Handle client communication and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of cleaning materials and equipment.
  • Prepare reports on performance, incidents, and operational metrics.
  • Address complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in soft services or facility management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
