Are you passionate about sales and customer service? This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on exceeding sales targets at our Dammam location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute monthly sales targets and ensure all necessary product inquiries are addressed.
- Welcome customers and provide information on product inquiries.
- Assist customers throughout their purchasing journey from inquiry to payment.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure availability and delivery of products.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer knowledge.
- Select appropriate sales approaches to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle returned goods and customer complaints, documenting them for future improvements.
- Compile monthly reports on complaint cases, assessing severity.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or High school diploma in a relevant field.
- Saudi nationals only, not currently registered with GOSI.
- Residents of Dammam are preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite; basic knowledge of Magento preferred.
