Are you passionate about sales and customer service? This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on exceeding sales targets at our Dammam location.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute monthly sales targets and ensure all necessary product inquiries are addressed.
Welcome customers and provide information on product inquiries.
Assist customers throughout their purchasing journey from inquiry to payment.
Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure availability and delivery of products.
Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer knowledge.
Select appropriate sales approaches to maximize sales opportunities.
Handle returned goods and customer complaints, documenting them for future improvements.
Compile monthly reports on complaint cases, assessing severity.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or High school diploma in a relevant field.
Saudi nationals only, not currently registered with GOSI.
Residents of Dammam are preferred.
2-4 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite; basic knowledge of Magento preferred.
