Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily activities and ensure tasks are completed safely and on time.
- Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and support team development.
- Review work instructions and verify documentation accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma with relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years in manufacturing or industrial operations leadership, ideally in gas turbines or similar fields.
- Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
Desired Characteristics:
- Strong knowledge of EHS practices and lean manufacturing.
- Ability to motivate and lead teams.
- Ready to tackle challenging assignments and drive change.
