Join Musco Lighting as a Sales Representative Trainee!
Exciting opportunities await you in the Musco World Arabia Sales Team! We are currently seeking a Sales Representative Trainee based in the Dammam or Riyadh Area. This position serves as the initial phase in our comprehensive sales training program geared towards developing proficient sales representatives for the Saudi Arabian market.

Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in structured learning to understand market dynamics, Musco products, and sales strategies.
- Participate in customer meetings and workshops to grasp project qualification processes and customer needs.
- Conduct outreach initiatives, including cold calls and networking to enhance communication and sales skills.
- Assist in developing educational strategies for diverse customer segments.
- Shadow experienced sales personnel to effectively present and advocate for Musco’s services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and projects.
- Engage in market research to understand sales successes and challenges.
- Support Sales Management with strategic planning tasks.
- Participate in tradeshows and promotional activities.

Essential Criteria:
- Must be a Saudi National or hold permanent residency in Saudi Arabia with relevant work authorization.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Willingness to undergo in-person training in Oskaloosa, Iowa (USA) for an extended duration.
- Entry-level university graduate with 0-3 years of experience, preferably in Sports Management, Sales, or Business-related fields.
- A passion for building relationships and selling products.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
