Join Alkhorayef Petroleum Company as a Field Maintenance Service Engineer!
We are looking for an experienced professional to provide advanced technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning for Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) and Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs on low-voltage VSDs.
  • Troubleshoot power electronics, IGBTs, control boards, cooling systems, and harmonic filters.
  • Conduct power quality analysis and waveform capture.
  • Install, commission, and troubleshoot ESP systems (motor, pump, seal, sensor, surface VSD).
  • Monitor ESP performance data (amperage, vibration, temperature, pressure) to optimize run life and efficiency.
  • Lead on-site interventions independently, including emergency breakdown support.
  • Read and understand electrical schematics and control system diagrams.
  • Ensure work complies with HSE standards (LOTO, arc flash, confined space).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance field.
  • Previous oil and gas experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Good reporting and documentation skills.

About the Role:

About the Job:
The Maintenance Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and utilities at Lucy Group Ltd. As a part of the vibrant team in Dammam, you will be entrusted with maintaining various machines, including CNC maintenance of TRUMPF Laser, Punching, and Bending Machines. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct machinery and equipment service and maintenance, including breakdown calls.
  • Generate maintenance activity job reports and keep service records.
  • Collaborate in cost control and continuous improvement activities.
  • Implement health and safety measures in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage day-to-day operations alongside the maintenance team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Train maintenance team members and maintain training records in accordance with ISO quality standards.
  • Report daily to the Line Manager and allocate work to maintenance team members.

Performance Indicators:
  • 98% and above machine uptime.
  • Zero accidents in the workplace.
  • Meeting departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPl's).

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with substantial experience in sheet metal fabrication machinery maintenance.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a maintenance department, ideally within the sheet metal manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices in the Gulf region.

تقديم الاستشارات للعملاء حول حلول التمويل التأجيري للسيارات الجديدة والمستعملة، والعمل على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات من خلال جذب العملاء، شرح برامج التمويل، وإتمام إجراءات التعاقد بما يتوافق مع سياسات الشركة والجهات التنظيمية.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

  1. استقطاب العملاء الراغبين في شراء سيارات بنظام التمويل التأجيري.
  2. شرح برامج التمويل التأجيري وشروطها للعملاء بطريقة واضحة واحترافية.
  3. تحليل احتياجات العميل واقتراح الحلول التمويلية المناسبة له.
  4. التنسيق مع معارض السيارات والوكلاء لتوفير الخيارات المناسبة للعملاء.
  5. جمع المستندات المطلوبة من العملاء والتأكد من اكتمالها وصحتها.
  6. إدخال بيانات طلبات التمويل في النظام ومتابعتها حتى صدور الموافقة.
  7. متابعة إجراءات توقيع العقود وتسليم السيارة للعميل.
  8. بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء للحفاظ عليهم وزيادة فرص البيع المستقبلي.
  9. تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية المحددة من الإدارة.
  10. الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وتعليمات الجهات التنظيمية الخاصة بالتمويل.
  11. إعداد تقارير دورية عن نشاط المبيعات والفرص المتاحة في السوق.
  12. متابعة العملاء المحتملين وتحويلهم إلى عملاء فعليين.


المؤهلات المطلوبة

  • الثانوية و دبلوم و البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، المالية أو تخصص ذو صلة.
  • يفضل خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال:
    • تمويل السيارات
    • المبيعات
    • شركات التمويل أو البنوك
    • معارض السيارات


المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل وإقناع عالية.
  • مهارات بيع واستقطاب العملاء.
  • القدرة على شرح المنتجات المالية بطريقة مبسطة.
  • مهارات التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وتحقيق الأهداف.
  • معرفة جيدة بسوق السيارات وبرامج التمويل.
  • إجادة استخدام أنظمة إدارة العملاء (CRM).
  • إجادة اللغة العربية ويفضل الإنجليزية.
