Your role will include performing daily checks, repairing mechanical equipment, and coordinating renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and address maintenance issues within the hotel.
- Conduct daily maintenance checks and perform repairs.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ensure all hotel fixtures and fittings are safe and address unsafe situations promptly.
- Develop and implement emergency programs and energy conservation initiatives.
- Coordinate renovation projects to ensure cost-effective quality work.
- Conduct monthly safety inspections and ensure employee training.
Requirements:We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Advanced knowledge of building management and engineering.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Commitment to high customer service standards.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
- Previous management experience is preferred.
Experience in first aid and vocational training in engineering or a similar field will be advantageous.
