About the Role

Hemamco Company is seeking an experienced Computer Aided Design Drafter to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position involves supporting projects for Saudi Aramco and other potential clients, with a focus on ensuring high-quality construction, safety, and compliance with engineering standards. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to prepare, revise, and maintain accurate engineering drawings and as-built documentation. The Drafter will work in close coordination with engineering and project teams to ensure all documentation meets required specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Modify drawings based on engineering comments and site conditions.
• Prepare plans, sections, details, layouts, and as-built drawings.
• Maintain drawing numbering and revision control.
• Coordinate drawing requirements with engineers and site personnel.
• Incorporate approved red-line markups into final as-built drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable project/client drafting standards.
• Maintain organized electronic drawing records.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant academic or technical qualifications for a CAD Drafter position.
• 2-5 years of relevant industrial, construction, infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or EPC experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Demonstrated professional accountability and ability to work in a developing project organization.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, or other major Saudi industrial clients is an advantage where relevant to the position.
