About the Role

Al-Rashed Group is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fabricator Welder to join its dedicated team in Dammam. This full-time position is integral to the maintenance and operational efficiency of the company's heavy-duty vehicle and equipment fleet.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing essential welding, metal fabrication, and structural repair tasks on a variety of heavy equipment. This role demands a strong focus on delivering high-quality workmanship while consistently adhering to all established safety standards and operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair cracked chassis and other structural components of trucks and heavy equipment.
• Fabricate metal parts, brackets, and components as required for various applications.
• Perform welding operations utilizing both MIG and ARC welding techniques.
• Repair and restore truck bodies, trailers, and related attachments.
• Adhere strictly to all welding safety procedures and company safety standards.
• Inspect completed welds thoroughly to ensure optimal quality, strength, and durability.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Fabricator Welder.
• Demonstrated expertise in welding, metal fabrication, and structural repairs.
• Proficiency in MIG and ARC welding techniques.
• Strong understanding and application of safety standards in welding and fabrication.
• Ability to ensure high-quality workmanship in all repair and fabrication tasks.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with Al-Rashed Group. The role requires consistent on-site presence to manage repair and fabrication tasks.
