About the Opportunity

High Performance Industry is seeking an After Sales Engineer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience, offering a foundational role in customer service and technical support within the industry.

Role Purpose

The After Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting customers through comprehensive after-sales service delivery. This involves coordinating service activities, diligently following up on customer requests, and maintaining accurate records to ensure the timely and effective resolution of technical and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage and follow up on service, maintenance, warranty, and AMC requests.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely job completion.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and system updates.
• Provide customer training on product or system usage when required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and increase after-sales revenue through spare parts, upgrades, and service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Visit customer sites and perform additional assigned duties when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Basic knowledge of diesel generators and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.

Essential Skills

• Good communication, customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Very good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Work Environment and Expectations

This role operates in a dynamic environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and conduct customer site visits as needed. The After Sales Engineer will be expected to perform all assigned duties diligently to support the company's service delivery objectives.
