Join Our Team as a Waiter/Waitress!
We are looking for a skilled and friendly Waiter to join our team at Dana Rayhaan by Rotana. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers.
Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders.
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu.
Ensure tables are clean and tidy.
Collaborate with other staff to provide exceptional service.
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Food safety training is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

Perform all lounge duties professionally in alignment with Plaza Premium Group standards.
Handle guest admission processes smoothly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Prepare and serve food & beverages, providing recommendations to guests.
Restock supplies as necessary throughout your shift.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the lounge area.
Follow health and safety standards diligently.
Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining uniform standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 12 years’ experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in hotel or catering.
Ability to work effectively in a bar setting.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good command of spoken English.
