We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to lead our digital and social media marketing efforts with a strategic approach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all social media platforms, including B2C channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and B2B channels (LinkedIn).
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content to drive audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, Bitrix24, or other email marketing platforms.
- Monitor and analyze audience trends and campaign performance.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, bidding, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with online communities and influencers.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media.
- Hands-on experience with content creation and email marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media advertising strategies and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for digital marketing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
