Role Summary:
In this role, you will engage with leads through various marketing channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, website chat, social media, and email. Your primary focus will be to qualify leads and maintain effective communication.

Role Summary:
In this role, you will engage with leads through various marketing channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, website chat, social media, and email. Your primary focus will be to qualify leads and maintain effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads through diverse platforms to assess interest and maintain communication.
- Qualify leads by gathering essential details and keeping organized records within Salesforce CRM.
- Generate new leads using external tools such as Apollo and other relevant platforms.
- Support marketing campaigns by executing outreach activities and monitoring engagement.
- Assist in creating and updating content for emails, presentations, and online materials.
- Participate in events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Conduct basic research on competitors, target industries, and lead sources.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in marketing, business development, or telesales.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in reaching out to new contacts.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
