This executive role requires a strategic leader possessing sharp business acumen, an in-depth understanding of the insurance market, and a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services.
Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital and print.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
Manage social media accounts, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in a marketing role, specifically in digital marketing.
Strong creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with marketing software and analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
• تنفيذ الحملات التسويقية والإعلانية وتعزيز هوية العلامة التجارية للجمعية.
• إدارة المنصات الرقمية والتواصل الاجتماعي وإعداد المحتوى التسويقي.
• تنظيم الفعاليات والمعارض والأنشطة الترويجية.
• إعداد المواد التعريفية والتسويقية والتنسيق مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة عملية من سنتين إلى أربع سنوات في مجال العلامات التجارية أو التسويق.
• إجادة أدوات التسويق الرقمي ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
• مهارات عالية في التواصل والتنظيم والعمل الجماعي
