About the Opportunity

Hire & Wire is recruiting for a dedicated Mental Health Specialist (Saudi National) to join a rehabilitation team in Riyadh. This full-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to the well-being and developmental progress of children requiring specialized psychological support. The position is integral to delivering high-quality care within a professional setting focused on rehabilitation services.

Role Summary

The Mental Health Specialist will play a crucial role in designing and implementing targeted interventions aimed at supporting the behavioral development of children. This involves applying evidence-based therapeutic principles to foster positive changes, enhance adaptive skills, and improve the overall quality of life for young individuals, particularly those with specific developmental needs such as autism spectrum disorder. The specialist will work directly with clients to achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Implement individual behavior modification sessions in strict adherence to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must be a Saudi National.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a closely related field.
Possession of a certified qualification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
A minimum of 4 years of practical experience working directly with children.
Demonstrated experience in conducting individual behavior modification sessions for children, with a particular focus on children with autism.
