About the Opportunity

iHR (International Human Resources) is actively seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist to join one of our esteemed clients. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a prominent organization within the hospitality and tourism sector.

Role Overview

The primary objective of the Sales Specialist is to drive business development and significantly increase sales volume. This involves proactively attracting new clients and cultivating robust, long-term relationships with both existing customers and strategic partners. The role is instrumental in enhancing the company's market share and ensuring the successful achievement of its commercial targets within the competitive hospitality and tourism landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities, strategically expanding the client network across the hospitality and tourism sector.
Build and manage excellent, enduring relationships with both current and prospective clients.
Prepare and present suitable offers and services to clients, followed by effective negotiation of contracts and commercial agreements.
Consistently achieve approved sales targets and contribute directly to the company's overall revenue growth.
Generate periodic reports detailing sales performance and diligently monitor key achievement indicators.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to guarantee the delivery of an outstanding client experience and foster high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in an administrative specialization or an accredited diploma is required.
A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is essential for this role.
