Join Our Team as a Retail Sales Specialist!
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Specialist to join ذروة الصعود. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in the retail sector and a proven ability to drive sales growth and expand our product presence in the market.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Present company products and promotional offers to retail channels.
• Follow up on product availability, shelf presence, and sales performance across retail points of sale.
• Negotiate with major retail chains and hypermarkets to establish commercial agreements that enhance sales and product distribution.
• Increase product distribution and ensure a robust market presence in assigned retail locations.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales volume and product visibility in stores.
• Coordinate for smooth order processing and product availability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales within the retail sector.
• Prior experience working with major supermarket and hypermarket chains in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
