As a Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth. Your responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Market Insights: Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities and provide updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Analytical thinking ability to identify trends and leverage insights.
- A goal-oriented mindset with motivation to exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
