Role Overview:
As a Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth. Your responsibilities include:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Market Insights: Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities and provide updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Analytical thinking ability to identify trends and leverage insights.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with motivation to exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
