أمين المستودع مسؤول عن تخزين المواد وإدارتها في المستودع. يتضمن ذلك عمليات الاستلام والتسليم والمحافظة على المخزون. 


المهام الرئيسية لأمين المستودع:

  1. 1. إدارة المخزون:
  • استلام المواد الواردة وتوثيقها.
  • تخزين المواد بشكل منظم وآمن.
  • تسليم المواد إلى الجهات المعنية وفقًا لأوامر الصرف.
  • المحافظة على المخزون وحمايته من التلف أو الضياع.
  • تنظيم المستودع لضمان سهولة الوصول إلى المواد



متطلبات الوظيفة

  • تتطلب ٢-٥ سنوات خبرة
  • متوسط في اللغة الإنجليزية

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventories, conduct audits, and ensure proper storage of all items.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Optimize layout and processes for efficiency.
  • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with departments for timely order fulfillment and prepare shipments with necessary documentation.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure operations adhere to safety regulations and industry standards, conducting inspections as needed.
  • Training and Mentoring: Train junior staff on best practices and serve as a point of contact for problem-solving.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 35 years of warehouse operations experience, particularly in specialized inventory management.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and strong organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to handle equipment and materials.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:
The Warehouse Specialist will operate primarily in one of our warehouses but may support others as required. This role mixes physical duties with administrative responsibilities, focusing on efficient warehouse operations.

1. استلام البضائع

2. تخزين وترتيب البضائع

  1. تخزين وترتيب المواد في الأماكن المخصصة بشكل منظم وفعال.
  2. التأكد من الاستخدام الأمثل للمساحة.

3. صرف البضائع

  1. تجهيز الطلبات وفقًا لأولويات التسليم ومناطق التوزيع.
  2. توثيق بيانات الصرف وإرسال بريد يتضمن رقم الفاتورة واسم العميل والسائق ومكتب الشحن إن وجد.

4. متابعة الوثائق الرسمية

  1. متابعة صلاحية رخص الدفاع المدني والبلدية، والتنبيه عند اقتراب انتهاء صلاحيتها.

5. توثيق العمليات

  1. الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة ومحدثة لكافة العمليات (استلام، صرف، مرتجعات...).

6. السلامة والصيانة

  1. تطبيق إجراءات السلامة داخل المستودع ومتابعة صيانة الأدوات والمعدات.

7. تطوير العمل

  1. اقتراح فرص تحسين لرفع كفاءة العمليات وتقليل التكاليف والهدر.

8. التنسيق الداخلي

  1. التعاون مع الأقسام لضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم من المخزون.
  2. المشاركة في الاجتماعات الدورية.

9. تدريب الموظفين

  1. تدريب وتوجيه الموظفين الجدد على إجراءات المستودع.

10. إدارة المرتجعات

  1. استلام المرتجعات والتأكد من حالتها وكمياتها.
  2. رفع تقارير للمدير المسؤول، والتنسيق مع البيع قبل الاستلام الرسمي.
