The Warehouse Specialist will operate primarily in one of our warehouses but may support others as required. This role mixes physical duties with administrative responsibilities, focusing on efficient warehouse operations.

Main Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventories, conduct audits, and ensure proper storage of all items.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Optimize layout and processes for efficiency.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with departments for timely order fulfillment and prepare shipments with necessary documentation.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure operations adhere to safety regulations and industry standards, conducting inspections as needed.
- Training and Mentoring: Train junior staff on best practices and serve as a point of contact for problem-solving.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operational coordination.
- Reporting: Generate reports on inventory and performance to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 35 years of warehouse operations experience, particularly in specialized inventory management.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and strong organizational skills.
- Physical ability to handle equipment and materials.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
