Role Overview:
As a Health Club Receptionist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service in the Health Club Department. Your responsibilities will include:

Booking all Health Club treatments and explaining services to guests.
Executing POS sales, including retail transactions.
Checking in and checking out guests professionally.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
Providing warm welcomes and tours for guests.
Assisting in the smooth flow of the guests’ journey throughout the day.

About You:
We expect you to have:

Knowledge of current Health Club trends in the industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Understanding of holistic concepts relevant to guest wellbeing in a spa environment.
