Role Overview:
As a Health Club Receptionist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service in the Health Club Department. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Booking all Health Club treatments and explaining services to guests.
  • Executing POS sales, including retail transactions.
  • Checking in and checking out guests professionally.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
  • Providing warm welcomes and tours for guests.
  • Assisting in the smooth flow of the guests’ journey throughout the day.

About You:
We expect you to have:
  • Knowledge of current Health Club trends in the industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of holistic concepts relevant to guest wellbeing in a spa environment.
